Mouth watering Page (Supposedly)

Since I cannot keep the experiments I made, I kept the photos instead. :) Here are just some things that I made (some others not shown here were consumed before I realized that I ought to take picture but too late).

Taking a short bath and steamy Sauna for these 36 Chesapeake hard-shell crabs for a dinner party. Quick and easy crab meal (other than nippy picking & cleaning procedures). Yes, all of them are alive and well until they became orange in the pot. Tip: Unlike soft-shell (snow) crab, Hard-shell crab must be alive when cooking, otherwise its meat will turn mushy and/or smell!

Chinese Bun (with various types of stuffing) and Chinese dumpling (also with various types of stuffing). The chopsticks kinda gave away its origin.:)

Crab fried rice (Thai)

Sweetened crispy noodle (Thai), and Chowfun (Chinese Fried wide rice noodle - must be really oily if authentic)

Napa sautéed with fish balls (Chinese) and Fried Egg (Asian), Fried fish sautéed with veggies (Chinese), and duck red curry (Thai)

Fried Chicken Burgers

Green curry with bamboo shoots and fish balls, Green curry with chicken, Hot Tomato/pork veggie dip (all Thai)

Red curry with chicken, squid balls, and bamboo shoots (in all 3 pictures), sautéed veggies (Chinese), and Shrimps sautéed with baby corns in Thai hot paste.

Hot mint noodle and its modified version

Hot sautéed Pork and baby corn (Thai), some mixed sautéed veggies (Thai), and Miso soup (Japanese)

Hot Ramen (Japanese) or Ra-myon (Korean) with baby crabs, and Sushi (Japanese) or Kim-bub (Korean)

Frozen eggs, and 1000 year old eggs (The one on the Fear Factor show. It has been the high-tech way to preserve eggs for thousands of years in Asia, not 1000 years old. How ignorant!)

Rice stick (Chinese/Thai), and various Thai desserts/snacks (Did you know there are thousands and thousands of cool desserts available in Thailand?)
